Vacation/rental proprty insurance help needed in Naples/Ft. Myers

I am in the process of getting first time insurance for vacation-cum-rental property in Naples. Wondering if there are any considerations I should be aware of for insuring vacation cum rental properties. Property will be used less than 14 days for vacation purposes. Being remote, I will appreciate if I can get recommendations/contacts for good insurance agents in the area.
