Friendly note to all as a recommendation, please be advised that if you own multiple properties in multiple locations throughout the US, it should be underwritten differently from an insurance standpoint. If you have a relationship with a broker/carrier - be sure they are shopping the properties accordingly. Stark differences between premiums and coverage when it comes to local vs. national carriers.
