Hello There,

First of all, let me say that the Bigger Pockets platform has been a phenomenal tool throughout my process of purchasing my first property. Thank you to Joshua, Brandon, and all the others who have generously put this together.

I am in the process of finalize my Condo Insurance. I have received two quotes but haven't decided which one to go with. While deciding this, what is your advice in terms of why to chose one quote over another? What key factors and/or numbers should I be considering before buying issuance for my condo?

Appreciate the help on this.

Best,
