Hole in roof. Insurance not covering anything because of mold?
I was told that mold damage was some sort of pre-existing damage and that they wont cover it. The walls of course are ruined. There is a small hole in the roof and they wont even cover that because the hole didnt result from a storm.
Do I have any recourse here? Thank you.

No. Insurance is for damage from a "sudden event", not damage caused by neglect in repairing the worn out roof in a timely manner.
