Hi DFW BP,

I am looking for a good guide for trying to figure out insurance cost.  I know what I am paying on my properties, but don't know if it is on par for the rest of you guys?  When figuring out insurance cost on a potential deal how do you factor it?  Do you use a formula or just throw in ball park figures?  Also does someone have  a awesome insurance agent that works great with investors?  Thanks
