Student Rental Insurance
I am currently shopping insurance companies that provide insurance for college student rental houses. I need insurance on both single and multi-family homes. I currently have State Farm, and am finding all the agents I am contacting response is that State Farm is the only company that will insure student rentals. Looking for some help in finding a good insurance company or agent with low rates to package all my multi-family houses (3 student, 2 non-student), vehicles, and personal residence. I would like to purchase homes in the future that have more then 6 units. Thanks in advance!
