Insurance on Wholetail Vacant House

Hello everybody! I've seen many discussions here about insurance on vacant properties that investors are rehabbing. However, I'm doing a wholetail deal currently and am seeking advice on how much insurance should cost. The house is vacant, needs repair and is being sold as-is. No rehab will be performed. I just need to cover my investment while it's on the market (expected 30-60 days). I received one quote of $660 for 4 months ($500 deductible and no vandalism window coverage) but that seems very high. Any advice and/or referrals is much appreciated!
