What kind of insurance do I need?

Hi everyone, new to the forum, looking forward to being a part of the community. I am purchasing my first buy and hold rental property and need some help in determining the proper types and levels of insurance. It is a 3 family building in a Midtown neighborhood of Atlanta, GA. Appreciate any help in advance.

Also would be happy to accept and recommendations for insurance agents in the area.
