Insurance for West Virginia Triplex
Hello! I'm under contract on my first income property and I'm concerned about the quotes I'm getting on insurance. From what I've been reading, I was estimating I would pay $1000-$1500 a year in insurance but so far either the companies have said they aren't opening new policies in my area or the quotes have been $2500-$2800. I will be living in one unit and renting the other 2. What is a reasonable expectation, and who do I need to contact to get it?
