What is a competitive rate for condo insurance on 40k property

Hi, I have a small rental property in Tampa FL, that I need to get interior condo insurance on. It is a 2/2.5 town home, approx 1000sqft, An appraissal came in at $40,000. Property does not require flood insurance. 

I am looking to see what people's opinion are as far as a good rate, and perhaps a link or contact to someone that can help me get the insurance.
