SFR insurance - damage and loss of income

on large Multifamily dead insurers will offer loss of income coverage. 

Has anyone seen something like this on a single family or duplex rental? Wondering if any insurers cover risks associated with evicting a tenant, lost income , any damage that they cause, Ect.
