Who should be the named insured in the policy of rental properties?

Hello all,

We have several rental properties in NV, AZ and UT. For asset protection, we have created a grantor trust a.k.a land trust where my husband and I are the beneficiaries of the asset. We have then assigned the beneficiary interest of each home to its own series LLC in NV. We have acquired a business liability insurance for each home. Not sure at this point who should be in the insurance: the LLC, the grantor trust, the trustee?

Any insurance gurus out there?  please help!

Nathalie
