Commercial Insurance for group of SFRs..Is it worth it ?

Hi,

I am refinancing a group of properties into an LLC. All SFRs are currently under individual insurances. I am thinking of getting a commercial insurance for that group of SFRs. What are the pro and cons of commercial insurance for this scenarios? One apparent things is the liability coverage can be higher.
