Need Landlord Insurance but do not have Renter's Policy

So I bought a duplex 2 years ago and owner occupied it up until last August. Now my fiance has purchased an FHA duplex and we live in it. Recently, Nationwide told me that they will discontinue my policy unless I pick up a renter's policy through them. Does anyone know of an insurance company that would provide insurance in this situation? Also, any recommendations about landlord insurance are greatly appreciated such as limits and such. Note that my tenants at my duplex both have renter's insurance. So basically looking for a company that will only do a landlord policy. I plan to call around tonight, but wondered if anyone had any experience with this. Thanks a bunch!
