Tool for New Jersey Investors - Flood Insurance
Hello BP community,
As many of you know, FEMA has changed guidelines since Hurricane Sandy, and many properties now fall into a Flood Zone where you will need to purchase additional insurance. Just found an address look up to determine if the address you are thinking of purchasing falls into the zone. Check it out:
