Our 1st year home warranty is ending, should I renew?

Looking for some feedback on whether or not we should renew the Old Republic home warranty that we got as part of the purchase of our most recent rental property last year.  It was paid for by the seller as part of our purchase, but the renewal for another year is $550 per year.  Is it worth it?  What's the conventional wisdom with these?
