Homeowner insurance for Harrisburg/Camp hill Area

Hi,

I just brought my first rental property, which will be owner occupied, about a month ago. Before we can close, I need to get homeowners insurance. So far, I got one quote of 1300. This seems way too high. Its a 3 unit building about 1600sqft.

Does anyone know of a good insurance company in the central pa (Camp hill, harrisburg area)

What is a realistic price i should be paying?
