LLC and insurance
I have my LLC separate in every way except insurance. I have a rental property (LLC) attached to my homeowners policy and I'm wondering if this will be a problem if I should get sued. To save money on premiums, I pay only $10 per year to carry liability on my rental property. Is this a mistake? Thank you in advance, any help will be appreciated.
