Received notice that Safeco will not renew Landlord Protection Policy

I just received notice that Safeco will not renew Landlord Protection Policy, I expect to receive the same on the other policies I have with them.

Anyone in California have a good non owner occ insurance company.

The current policies end in July so I have a little time.
