Pls Recommend: umbrella policy for people living overseas, or 2M liability landlord policy?

I am going to live overseas for the next couple of years. I want to rent my current home. However, some companies I talked with don't issue personal umbrella policy if I am not physically in US.

Are there any companies who will issue umbrella policy to people in my case? Any inputs? I don't need the worldwide coverage, since my only purpose is to protect myself from possible lawsuit from tenants.

Or is there a way to increase liability amount of the landlord policy? Two quotes I got only insure up to $500,000 liability. I read some threads which mentioned people can buy up to 2M liability landlord policy. Again, any recommendations for those company names?

Any input or recommendations are highly appreciated.
