Storm and Wind risks & Real Estate (Mobile, Alabama Market)

Chen Ron
Posted

hey there,

So I'm an out of state investor and I started looking at the Mobile are market (specificly Daphne, Fairhopes etc...)

One of the things that I worry about is the wind and storm risks in Alabama.

I'm thinking about buyinh a "Gold fortified home" due to this risk.

But still I'm not sure about this and would like to hear what you guys think about it in general (RE investing in areas of potential nature damages)

What do you think?

Thanks a lot!

Chen.
