Owner occupied insurance with 2 unit rental - CA

I'm buying a duplex in CA, it's actually two different detached housed on one lot. I will live in one and rent the other. So I guess it's an owner occupied with a rental policy. Allied was a bit expensive. I'm going to call American Modern and Western Mutual. Anyone have some recommendations on inexpensive insurance companies for this one? Thanks in advance!!
