Airbnb Arbitrage - How should I insure (as Owner)

Hello, all!

First time poster here. I have a condo in Cincinnati, and someone reached out to me about running an airbnb arbitrage business out of my unit. For the time being, I want to be as hands-off as possible, and this sounds like it could be the answer. BUT, I spoke to my insurance agent, and he told me that my current company would not insure an arbitrage setup.

The person who wants to run the business intends on holding a short-term rental insurance policy from Proper Insurance. He will also list me as additionally insured.

That's all great, but I'm still left without a landlord policy. Does anyone know of a policy/provider that has a plan for this situation? If I go this route, I want it to be fully kosher, meaning my insurance company isn't left in the dark.

Thanks in advance!
