Insurance estimates resources request

Hello everyone, looking to buy my first househack down here in South Florida with a VA loan.

My goal is to do it before the end of this year and to get around $200 a month.

Im sitting on modest amount of cash (about 14k for anything needed) and will have around 4.5k-5k coming in monthly each month starting August. Credit is 800. No debt.

One of the hurdles I am facing right now is estimating the amount of insurance (Which to my understanding is the big expense in SoFlo). I want to practice a lot and master this subject. I am overcoming this by doing my reading and going in the forums but I wanted to ask if there is any resources that you guys already use for this that I could use as a newbie.

Thank you for reading and for the help.
