Inspections for Property Insurance

Hey Guys,

So, I am currently in escrow on a quadplex and wondering if anyone has recommendations for a good property insurance agency. Also, my inspector asked if I need a 4-Point Inspection and/or Wind Mitigation Inspection. As I'm sure some insurance agencies would like to have these, is it smart to go ahead and have them done even if the insurance agency doesn't require it? Thanks in advance.
