recommendations for liability only insurance for vacant home?

Hello all,

New to the BP community.  I'm interested in getting liability only insurance for a soon to be vacant single family home.  It's a small, old house, and I plan to tear it down and build something much nicer in a couple years - hence, I don't care about the structure at all.   I suppose I could tear it down now, but I'm looking for a shorter-term "fix" while I focus on other priorities.

Any recommendations for companies that provide liability only insurance?  I've found a couple previous threads.  One post recommend commercial insurance, which I will look into.  Another post recommended National Real Estate Insurance Group.  Will also look into them - some investors like them; others not so much.

Thank you!
