Proper Insurance for Fix n Flippers | Hard Money

Hello BP Fam -

I'm currently under contract with a house that's going thru pre-foreclosure and closing on it next week. My partners & I will be flipping this home and need some recommendations on local insurance companies in AZ that specialize in these types of projects. We will be using hard money as part of our financing.
