What type of insurances do I need for my coliving company?

We are looking to rent single-family homes from property owners, furnish the house, and rent out/sub-lease the rooms to travel nurses, college students, corporate professionals, etc. through our coliving model. We will manage the property and provide a coliving-style experience for our residents. We cover the rent, utilities, and lawn care. What type of insurance does my company need to protect itself and our furniture since we won't be the owner of any of the properties? And what insurance companies would you recommend?
