Umbrella policy for 20+ Rental properties in TN and NC

Hello,

My husband and I live in California and own 19 rental property units located in Tennessee and North Carolina.

I am currently looking for an umbrella policy and realizing many insurance have a limit in terms of number of units. Also, there is often a requirement to bundle with the auto policy.

Would anyone share the umbrella policy provider they currently use for 20+ units and are happy with?

In terms of liability limit for the umbrella policy we were thinking of considering our net worth. Is that how we should think of it?

Thank you for your help!
