Recommendations for General Liability and Builders Risk insurance

3 vacant buildings in good condition

- 1 story building: 10,000 sf
- 2 story building: 25,000 sf
-3 story building: 33,000 sf

@Jordan Campbell Almost all of the national insurance carriers will have a program for commercial Builder Risk over $5M.  

One of the main things they will be looking for is the GC you will have do the work along with the details of improvements.  Many times they will want to also see the contract to make sure you have the right transfer of risk within the contract.
