Workers Compensation Waiver Form?
I was listening to a BP episode and one of the guests advised that if you had someone do work for you in one of your properties to ask your insurance agent for a worker's compensation waiver. I have asked to the both of them and non offer that. Does anyone have a waiver form that you could share with me?
I have a lady who cleans one of my properties and the son does the lawn. I am just trying to manage my risk and lower my liabilities.
Thank you in advanced!
