List of evictions by city or zip code?

Does anyone know if it's possible to look up the evictions that have occurred in a given city or zip code for a specified time period? I'm looking for lists that will show me, for a given state or zip code, the property addresses where evictions have happened in say, the past 6 months. If that info is not generally available online, perhaps there's some company that provides that information for a fee? I'm trying to avoid having to visit county courthouses in person, especially for out-of-state areas.
