James Hodges REI Game Changers Course, any thoughts?

I'm brand new to Real Estate Investing/Wholesaling and recently came across a webinar that sounded like something I would be interested in to start learning the most effecient way to wholesale. Has anyone heard of James Hodges or his REI Game Changers Course? They say they will coach for 16 weeks intensively and provide me with everything I need to make my first sale and keep going, any thoughts?
