Wholesaling in South Carolina

Posted

Hello All! I'm a new investor looking to wholesale virtually in South Carolina (closer to the Greenville Area). With that being said, I was curious to see how wholesalers in this state navigate the business with the privacy law in place that prohibits the use of public data for marketing. I'm using prop stream and can gather a motivated seller list. But how I am I supposed to access the contact information when skip tracing? Maybe I'm overthinking this law but I just want to know how I should navigate wholesaling around this law. Thanks in advance for your responses!
