How do I find out who the wholesaler is?

I have seen a few properties that have been sold to buyers from wholesalers and I am trying to figure out who the wholesaler is so I can connect with them to buy properties. Anyone have any suggestions on how to do so?

Since the grant deed only has the buyer and sellers name how could I locate the wholesaler? Thanks

@Mike Gasper that's not something that is in the public records.  You should make sure that you are on the radar of Scott Oots in Corona; his shop wholesales up and down the coast, SD/OC/LA counties.  In general, you'll just need to network in order to find the wholesalers who do those markets.  I'm in Irvine/Orange County, but mostly focus on the Inland Empire and Texas.  I've thought about working SD county eventually.
