Yellow letter turnout
Today I received my first 2 calls from the yellow letters I sent out 2 days ago. One caller was a investor looking to sell his property at retail value which I eventually spoke him into a seller finance or a lease option, also he wanted to be added to my buyers list. The second caller currently works with a real estate agent, his property has been on the market for about 220 days with not 1 offer I am hoping this will be a good deal because the caller was defiantly motivated to move this property. Although this seller is working with a Agent how can I work this deal?
By the way 9 hand written letters were sent out so far this strategy has provide me good results.
