Hello BP,

Hope to make a good thread. Does anyone know the market in the SLC area for wholesaling? What is the bread and butter houses? I hear the mormans like lots of bedrooms but should i stick with the 3/2s or what?

There is a buyer for everything, but... perhaps run a title search on cash transactions in your market for the last six months to a year. Weed out the single transactions to home owners with cash.

Review that list and you have proof of what investors are purchasing in your market, then you know what to go after since you know what they are buying.

Do the appropriate research and it is no longer a guessing game.
