I just finished reading the Biggerpockets ultimate guide. In there I read that to find properties you could contact a realtor and get expired listings. Would this be a very good strategy? Has anyone done this themselves? How would you approach them? What would you do if you had no money for "yellow letters" but have ideas for the postcards or letters to send to the homeowner. I also have my business cards to submit in the letter with them. Let me know very interested to see what other strategies I may try to get my business off the ground. Still in phase one of the business.
