Welcome to BP Janie. Wholesaling is very much about the ability to market, so pay close attention to the wholesaling experts and how they go about marketing for buyers and sellers. Check out the wholesaling forums and figure out who the experts are, you can learn a ton from them. Also, several of the podcasts have great information about wholesaling, so check them out if you havent yet. Good luck!
