Need a jumpstart in RE Wholesale

Hello everyone,

I am very excited to start on this new REI endeavor, but am in need of some help/guidance.

-Do any of you have any recommendations for Wholesale-friendly Title companies in Monterey County, Ca and/or Maryland?

-Do you recommend I work with a RE lawyer to help create an LLC? Otherwise, what are some websites you recommend I use to help create my LLC in both Monterey County, Ca and Maryland?
