More than one mortgage...Wholesale deal Breaker or NO?
I'm new to wholesaling. I have come across several properties with more than one mortgage, one with as many as three. I bypass them. Are these deals I should consider? If so, what formula should I use to determine MAO? Deal or no deal? Why, why not? Thanks in advance!
