Welcome @Randy Monfiston

What part of NY?  I wholesale on Long Island.  Right now it is very competitive with low inventory.  I would suggest focusing in on one or two areas.  Get to know neighborhoods and find houses that look like they may be in some sort of distress.  Also, find a strategy that works for you.  Maybe you want to do adds and SEO marketing.  Maybe you want send out a bunch of mailers.  Maybe you want to door knock.  All these strategies work.  You just have to find out what works best for you, and what gives you the best return on investment and time.

Best of luck!!!  Feel free to reach out if you have specific questions
