Wholesale investor friendly attorneys in NY and VT

Good day,

In my readings I have come to understand that not all real estate lawyers are versed in Wholesaling, Assignments and Double Closing. Can anyone please recommend a number of attorneys in New York State and Vermont that are investor friendly.
