I have a seller, and a contract. Now what?
I have been watching videos, and reading articles in order to learn the wholesaling process. I am ready to dive in and make the first deal. What I don't understand is WHY do I take the contract to a title company? And does the title company handle the closing or do I also need a closing agent?
