San Diego County Unincorporated Areas Vacant Land Fence Gate
I have a small vacant lot out in the boonies of S.D. County. It's in a rural unincorporated area. I need to put up a nice metal shed and chain link fence to securely store tools I use to maintain property with because there's illegal dumping and vagrants who come thru area leaving trash and damage and looking for things to steal. Are county gov clipboard warrior busybodies going to give me hard time if I secure my property like this without paying them all kinds of extortion fees? Again, this is in a rural unincorporated area. Thank you much, any insight greatly appreciated.
