I am 20 from San Diego with no experience in Real estate. I heard about whole sailing, from what I know so far from all the YouTube videos I watch, it’s a step in the door. I just really want to know the dangers of signing contracts ( Purchase and sale agreement) what do I have to be careful so that I am protected?
