Is this an uncovered opportunity? As you are marketing and talking to home owners, do you ever run into folks who would like you to help get a renter in to their property? Do you charge for this service? and How do you charge?

In my area there are a lot of people who do "Tenant Placement" but no other property management. Usually they charge one months rent. In Maryland you DO NOT have to be an agent to do property management.

I also know many people are doing "link options', Finding tenant buyers for rent to own properties.
