Hello,

Does anyone have any experience dealing with Bulk SFR Packages? I came across a guy who owns 10 SFR in Detroit, Michigan and he wants to sell them. Does anyone have any good experiences with Bulk SFR Packages that they are willing to share?

If you actually have someone who owns 10 houses and just wants to sell them as a batch, there might be a deal.

If words like "tape", NCND, "mandate", "direct to seller", "POF" or "+3" come up, its bogus garbage.
