 Hi! I haven't been on this site in a while. I haven't posted anything in over 5 years. Honestly, I didn't start doing anything until June of 2018. I'm actually taking action now and I'm still looking for my first deal. I wish that I would have actually done something 5 years ago.

I have been doing some reading on Wholesaling. One of the keys is being able to find motivated sellers. I've read that when Wholesaling to other investors, it is better to find unlisted properties. How can investor friendly real estate agents help with this? Why does a wholesaler want an investor friendly real estate agent on his team?
