Investor friendly title companies/real estate attorney’s in MD?
Hello everyone!
My names Marcus Lowery. I’m a 24 year old graduate with a bachelors degree in marketing. I started off fresh out of college with a full time career for a non profit and thought I had it made. Moved out of my parents house and began my journey running the rat race.
After about a year of working, the reality of running that race began to set in. I can’t do this for the rest of my life. There’s nothing wrong with that lifestyle but as more and more time went by I realized that the lifestyle of sitting behind a desk for hours a day just doesn’t fit me. I wanted more, heck needed more.
Real estate was something that always fascinated me and after I read “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki, it became less of a fascination and more of an obsession. I started reading every book I could get my hands on, attending YouTube University, and searching for podcasts left and right. Brandon Turners book “Investing in Real Estate with No and Low Money Down” was amazing and I loved how he incorporated so many different avenues to get involved in real estate. Its the reason I joined Bigger Pockets actually.
I ultimately decided that I am going to start buying and selling my interest in properties that I find at a discount to begin my journey and after some digging realized that I’m going to have to find some investor friendly real estate attorneys if I’m going to be successful. I come here asking if anyone has any insight into a few that I should look into, want to leave any tips or suggestions for moving forward and eventually past this stage to flipping/buy and hold, or would want to connect please feel free to leave a comment. I love Bigger Pocket’s community and know the amount of knowledge here could last a lifetime.
